I am sorry (not-so-sorry) to start my blog today with a sad note, but Deep has gone home, his internship got over a couple of days ago and he left yesterday, It has left me really sad, I hoped this month would never end. Seems like I only met him yesterday and whooosh, 27 days, over! I don’t like it! Here’s a picture of us taken on the last day, that’s all I have of him now
I have finally started with my workouts today and thanks to my lack of physical activity, I have sore legs and abs ( yes, I tried with 150 crunches, looks like I am in a rush). I am hoping that I will get to buy my treadmill soon, fingers crossed, managing budget more carefully these days. I checked the prices and yeah it is pretty expensive nothing comes below 17k, but worth it, I love running.
My roommate’s mother was staying with us for a week and I didn’t get to cook much, besides I was mostly staying with my beau and his cousins, so today after a long time I finally worked my way around the kitchen. I missed college today, thanks to sleep, instead I ran some errands, bought groceries, now I am loaded with coconut milk and veggies and chicken, cant wait to make Thai curries!
Anyway I made phad Thai noodles today for dinner and fried some bacon along with it. I love the smell of bacon wafting through the house.
I used rice noodles and loads of veggies (broccoli, carrots, green pepper, peas) and mushrooms and topped it with peanuts! Typically Thai!
I am back to using my old blackberry, since the experia was giving me a lot of trouble and hell, back to pictures with terrible resolution
Now that I have finally started working out, which is mainly, power yoga, jumping jacks, planks and crunches, I really need to focus on my diet and executing my three small meal plans a day and loads of fruits in between, difficult yeah, but let’s hope I come around!
